This is a free, 6-week peer-to-peer journey tailored for trans masculine men seeking personalised, one-on-one guidance and support.

Programme Overview
The mentorship consists of six weekly, 1-hour video sessions conducted via Google Meet. Each session is designed to offer guidance, reflect on progress, and provide actionable steps to support your journey.
Session Schedule:
- Sessions are held weekly, with dates and times confirmed at least 3–7 days in advance and communicated via Meta (Facebook or Instagram).
- The structured format allows time for reflection and application of insights between meetings.
Who is This For?
This programme is ideal for trans masculine men who:
- Commit to the Process: Can attend all scheduled sessions punctually and actively participate.
- Have the Right Tools: Have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a functioning video camera, microphone, and speaker.
- Stay Connected: Maintain a stable internet connection for seamless Google Meet sessions.
- Are Honest & Open: Willing to share your goals, challenges, and experiences candidly.
As someone balancing work, life, and other responsibilities, I’m offering this programme free of charge with the expectation that you’ll be fully committed to the process.
What I Offer
As your mentor, my role is to provide guidance based on my personal journey and experiences. If there’s something I’m unsure of, I’ll work alongside you to find the answers or offer helpful resources and leads.

- Guidance on preparing for gender-affirming surgeries, understanding recovery, and planning for long-term care.
4. Mental Resilience & Confidence
- Strategies to build mental resilience, boost self-confidence, and foster self-love to help you thrive in the face of challenges.
5. Relationship Strategies
- Advice on strengthening relationships with family, friends, or partners while navigating the complexities of transitioning.
6. Financial Mindset for Transitioning Goals
- Support in developing a financial mindset to achieve your transitioning goals, including budgeting, saving, and financial planning.
7. Fitness & Health Goals
- Guidance on creating and maintaining a balanced, sustainable approach to health and fitness that aligns with your goals.
8. SOGIESC Discussions
- Support in understanding and discussing Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Gender Expression, and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC) to foster self-awareness and confidence in embracing your identity.
9. A Listening Ear
- Sometimes, all we need is someone to talk to. I offer a private, judgment-free space to share experiences and discuss your journey.
Programme Structure
Each week focuses on a specific milestone in your mentorship journey:
- Week 1: Introduction & Orientation – Getting to know each other, understanding your goals, and setting expectations.
- Week 2: Goal Setting & Action Plan – Developing a clear and actionable plan for your personal goals.
- Week 3: Goal Progress Check-In (1) – Reflecting on progress, addressing challenges, and providing support.
- Week 4: Goal Progress Check-In (2) – Continued evaluation of progress with further guidance and resources.
- Week 5: Final Check-In (3) & Next Steps – Reviewing achievements, planning for the future, and identifying next steps.
- Week 6: Reflection & Feedback – Celebrating progress, gathering feedback, and offering closing advice for continued success.
