For deliveries, please continue to expect delays in transit. We will send you a tracking number immediately as soon as we complete your order. However, you won't see any updates on the parcel until our courier team has picked it up. Please bear in mind that NZ Post teams are working incredibly hard to help keep things moving and get deliveries to where they need to be. You can check the progress of your item by using our Tracking tool. You can also turn on 'delivery updates' to get automatic updates on your item for FREE.

Since we operate in our home studio, we are still taking orders, and we can process them immediately during the COVID-19 alert level 4. However, due to NZ’s changing alert levels, along with recent weather events, the delivery may take a little longer than usual. Our Auckland Click & Collect is not available until the alert level drops. We’ll keep you updated as the situation evolves and alert levels change around the country.

Please be patient, kind, and look after yourself. Remember, @outlineaotearoa is available to provide rainbow mental health services remotely.
